Our Services

Multiple disciplines, accurate and consistent data underneath all of them: acquisition and planning, design, and estates management. Each stands on its own; together, they mean a decision made in one never contradicts the record in another.

Site Acquisition & Planning

Acquisition built on land referencing and geospatial data. Before we recommend a site, we mitigate as much risk as possible.

We negotiate consensually with landowners and agents, prepare planning applications suited to the local authority in question, and manage the process through to consent. Because the digital twin is already survey-grade by the time acquisition starts, design and structural questions that normally surface late get answered early, instead of stalling a site three months into planning.

Site Design & RF Engineering

Design work turns the digital twin into something buildable: EMF assessment for compliance, and structural feasibility to confirm a mast or building can carry what you're proposing to put on it. Most sites start with drone capture, but we're just as comfortable running a traditional site survey where that's the better fit.

Because every measurement traces back to the same survey-grade capture, a structural engineer, an RF planner and a project manager working on the same site are working from one dataset, not three different site visits with three different tape measures. That's what turns a design into something a contractor can build first time, not something that gets revised on site.

Telecoms Estates Management

Estates management that keeps the record current rather than letting it quietly go stale. We inspect assets against leases, inventory and drawings on an ongoing basis, so decisions get made from what's actually on site, not what was true when someone last visited.

That matters most when it feeds back into the other two services: an accurate estate record means the next acquisition decision or design brief starts from reality instead of a five-year-old drawing, which is usually where the unbudgeted return visit comes from in the first place.

Site drawings, a lease agreement and a survey photo feeding into a digital asset management dashboard

Drawings, leases and site surveys, structured into one record you can actually search and analyse.

Consulting Services

Not every engagement needs a full acquisition-to-estates programme. Sometimes it's a single question: where the coverage gap actually is, what's really on an asset register, or how a Smart Cities rollout should sequence against infrastructure that's already there. Our consulting work answers that, using the same survey-grade data and telecoms experience behind everything else we do.

That covers coverage survey and analysis, estates and asset assessment, and the Local Authority engagement that Smart Cities and connected-infrastructure programmes depend on: advice grounded in delivery experience, not theory.

Digital inclusion matters to us, not just as a policy line but as the reason a lot of this work is worth doing. Our experience doesn't stop at deployment; it extends into Local Authority itself, which is what puts us in a position to actually support Local Authorities, not just deliver to them.
