This website, digitalassetsolutions.co.uk, is operated by Digital Asset Solutions Ltd ("DAS", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 14774827), registered office: Manchester, UK.
This policy covers how we handle data collected through this website only. Data we handle as part of a client engagement (site surveys, digital twins, estates records and similar) is governed separately by the terms of that engagement, not by this policy.
This site doesn't have an on-site contact form. "Book a call" and "Contact" links open your own email client addressed to info@digitalassetsolutions.co.uk. We only receive what you choose to send, and it lands in our normal business email, handled under the same confidentiality you'd expect of any correspondence.
If you accept analytics cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage data: pages viewed, approximate location (city/country level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This helps us understand which pages are useful and where the site could be clearer. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
We only set the following cookies, and only after you accept them via the cookie banner. Declining has no effect on your ability to use the site.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors for reporting | 2 years |
| _ga_<container-id> | Google Analytics | Persists session state | 2 years |
